the location is perfect for exploring the area, but no hair dryer in room.

A very nice small hotel with a nice design concept, it was very modern and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful, nice and spoke several languages. Free internet and wifi connections like any modern hotel should have (in the best of worlds). The hotel was located right in the middle of Portimao, everything was in walking distance. Overall very good value for your money.

Excessive condensation to bathroom.

The themed king room was cozy with a super comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast was a delight, with tasty pastries and fresh juices. The air conditioning was perfect, too. Plus, the staff were really helpful with whatever i needed.

Clean, clean, clean! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, a lovely clean, comfortable, airy room and en suite bathroom with a great shower. Everything I needed including free wi-fi and complimentary breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to stay at Portimao.

A little difficult to find as the streets are narrow and it is easily missed. The directions on the Booked.net website only give directions by road. It was about a 30 minute walk from the port but took me an hour as I had difficulty finding it but once I did I found the hotel to be well located near the river and all the shops and cafes. A lovely little quiet and relaxing area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were excellent.

Assistance. The staff quickly responded to my requests, and the breakfast buffet, although small, offered a pleasant variety including fresh fruits and pastries. I found the parking situation inconvenient as it was only available in nearby paid garages.

Pleasant hotel with satisfactory breakfasts and great personnel. Clean room with climate control, a work desk and a TV for a fantastic stay. Very easy to get from Portimao airport, just 10 km.

The staff were attentive, keeping the dining area clean and well-stocked. The room felt a bit small for two people, and the reception closing at 23:30 was inconvenient. On the last night, the air conditioning didn't work as well as I hoped. Despite raising this with the staff, it remained an issue. I wished there had been a hair dryer in the room, but I was able to obtain one from reception. The location was fantastic, near shops and the local attractions. Cleanliness was good, but some details like towel replacements weren't as responsive as I'd liked.

Let me tell you about the epic pho I discovered at Cozinha de Sonia, just a few steps away! The vibrant flavors blew my mind, and the comfy Themed King Room I stayed in had a king-size bed that was pure bliss. Breakfast was a good journey with fresh pastries and fruit juices that set a cheerful tone for the day.

Very confortable but they have only 14 double room and for a city centre hotel it is not ideal for family and couples. Great breakfast experience!

The reception closed at 23.30, ridiculous for a hotel. Then, my room was much too small, but I expected an upgrade for my 2-night stay. To top it off, they didn't even deliver fresh towels when I requested them. I almost thought of writing a good review, but I just couldn't.
